"Terms & Conditions"
Sunny Patch Cottage has the following
terms and conditions, which you agree to
when making a booking:
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total charge is
payable upon booking and will reserve your stay, the balance being due no
later than 2 weeks before arrival
- You will be sent invoices via email to pay for the
deposit and the balance of your payment
You will need to register with
PayPal/Google
Checkout as we are using them to process our orders

- Deposits & rest of payments are non refundable in the
event of cancellation
- Lettings are from 1pm on the day of
arrival until 11am on the day of departure. This is essential to
allow us adequate time for cleaning
- Please note we will not accept liability for any loss
or damage to guests, their belongings or any third parties, or any
damage to motor vehicles and its contents, or damage by or to any third
parties howsoever caused
- Accidental damage or breakage to anything belonging
to the cottage will be refunded by the guest
Access Statement for Sunny Patch Cottage:
- Sunny Patch cottage is a ground level self catering unit with
just one floor
- There is one front door and one back door
- Parking is available right outside the front door of the cottage
for easy access
- The entrance of the front door of the cottage has one small step
down which is 3 inches high
- The exit from the back door of the cottage has one small step up
which is 2 inches high
- Both doors are approximately 30 inches wide as are all the doors
inside the cottage
- Fire alarm is situated in the hall and spare keys to both exit /
entrance doors are next to the back door
- Bedroom has one double bed to sleep two
- Dining table is situated in the living area and folds out to
seat four
- Sofa bed is situated in the living room and folds out to sleep
two
- Garden is slabbed and chipped with seating area to seat two and
dining area to seat four
- This is a no smoking property
- Pets and service dogs are welcome
- No phone line is provided in the cottage
- Welcome pack available in the cottage provides list of other
amenities and access points
