Situated in the historic village of Norham, "Sunny Patch" cottage is the ideal base for you to explore all that this area has to offer. Sunny Patch cottage has a traditional open fire and full storage heating.

The village itself sits quietly on the English side of the banks of the River Tweed and is home to the ancient stronghold of Norham castle as well as the old church of St Cuthbert, both of which were built in the 12th century. A short walk across Norham Bridge takes you onto the Scottish side of the River Tweed and into Ladykirk which is home to the 15th century Ladykirk church. Norham provides its residents and visitors with a pretty village green around which are two traditional pubs, a post office, a newsagent, a convenience store, a bakers and a top quality butchers shop which has a superb wine selection available.
