It is an attractive route, avoiding busy roads almost entirely, with many fine hill and forest views and handsome towns along the way.
Walking / Rambling - There really is no better place in Northumberland to be if your planning to roam the countryside as Norham sits exactly on the border meaning you can walk the hours away in either England or Scotland.
